Policies & Rules
These policies are framed and reviewed by the Tata La Vida RWA Governing Body and its sub-committees to ensure a safe, peaceful and well-maintained community for all 674 residences. They apply equally to owners, tenants and their guests.

General Amenity Booking
Common process for reserving any chargeable or shared facility within the complex.
- All bookings are made through the MyGate app under 'Amenities' or at the RWA office during working hours.
- Bookings open up to 30 days in advance and close 24 hours before the slot.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the applicable charges and refundable security deposit.
- Residents with outstanding maintenance dues are not eligible to book amenities.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations forfeit charges.
- Only the resident in whose name the unit is registered (owner or registered tenant) may book.
Multipurpose (MP) Hall Booking
For private functions, family events and society-approved gatherings in the clubhouse MP Hall.
- Capacity: up to 120 guests seated. Events exceeding this capacity will not be permitted.
- Booking charges and refundable security deposit as notified by the Clubhouse Sub-committee from time to time.
- Permitted hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Music must stop by 10:00 PM in line with applicable noise regulations.
- Decoration is allowed without damage to walls, ceiling or fixtures. Nails, staples or strong adhesives are prohibited.
- Outside caterers are permitted; LPG cylinders inside the hall are not. Cooking is restricted to the designated pantry area.
- Hall must be vacated and handed over clean within 1 hour of the booking end-time. Damages are deducted from the security deposit.
- Bookings for Holi, Diwali, New Year's Eve and other community festival dates are blocked for society-wide events.
Parking Policy
Allocation and use of basement and surface parking across all 8 towers.
- Each residence is entitled to use only the car park slot(s) allotted at the time of possession. Slot exchange between residents requires RWA approval.
- All resident vehicles must carry a valid RFID tag issued by the RWA. Vehicles without RFID will be treated as visitors.
- Visitor parking is for short-stay guests only (max 12 hours). Overnight visitor parking requires prior approval through MyGate.
- Parking in fire-tender paths, driveways, ramps, in front of DG/transformer rooms or on landscaped areas is strictly prohibited and may be towed at owner's cost.
- Speed limit inside the complex (including basements) is 15 km/h. Honking is prohibited.
- Two-wheelers must be parked only in earmarked two-wheeler bays. EV charging is permitted only from designated EV points.
- Commercial vehicles, taxis on stand-by and vehicles for repair / washing inside the parking area are not permitted.
Facade & External Maintenance
Protects the architectural character of the towers and prevents safety hazards from external alterations.
- No alteration to the external facade, balcony grilles, parapet, paint colour or window frames is permitted.
- Installation of window AC units, exhaust fans or any equipment that projects beyond the facade line is not allowed. Split AC outdoor units must be placed only in the designated utility ledge.
- Drying of clothes, bedding or carpets on balcony railings or anywhere visible from outside the tower is prohibited.
- Satellite dishes, antennae and additional cabling on the facade are not permitted. Use the common DTH/IPTV infrastructure.
- Grilles on balconies (where structurally permitted) must follow the approved RWA design specification. Approval to be obtained in writing before installation.
- Periodic facade cleaning, painting and waterproofing is carried out by the RWA. Residents must provide reasonable access when scheduled.
- Any damage to the facade caused by a resident's installation or contractor is recoverable from that resident.
Swimming Pool
Hygiene, safety and timings for the main pool and kids' pool.
- Pool timings: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Closed on Mondays for maintenance.
- Proper swimwear (lycra/nylon) is compulsory. Cotton clothing, denim and footwear are not permitted in the pool.
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Lifeguard's instructions are final.
- Food, glass containers and alcohol are not permitted in the pool deck area.
- Residents with skin infections, open wounds or contagious illness must refrain from using the pool.
- Guests may use the pool only when accompanied by the resident and on payment of the applicable guest charge.
Gymnasium & Fitness
Use of the gym, yoga room and outdoor fitness equipment.
- Gym is open 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Members below 16 years are not allowed.
- Proper sports attire and clean indoor shoes are mandatory. A personal towel is required.
- Equipment must be wiped after use. Weights are to be re-racked.
- External personal trainers are allowed only if empanelled by the RWA Clubhouse Sub-committee.
- Use of the yoga / aerobics room outside scheduled classes requires prior booking.
Noise & Conduct
Maintaining peace within the community.
- Loud music, DJs and amplified sound inside apartments are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
- Civil works inside apartments are allowed only between 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. No civil work on Sundays or public holidays.
- Bursting of crackers is restricted to the dates and timings notified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court / state authorities.
- Use of common areas for personal celebrations requires prior approval.
Pets
Responsible pet ownership in shared spaces.
- All pets must be registered with the RWA office along with vaccination records.
- Pets must be on a leash and muzzled (where required) in all common areas, lifts and lobbies.
- Owners are responsible for immediate clean-up of pet waste. Designated pet-relief areas are marked in the landscape.
- Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool area, clubhouse interiors, gym or children's play area.
- Repeated complaints regarding aggressive behaviour will be reviewed by the Security & Safety Sub-committee.
Garden, Play Area & Sports Courts
Shared outdoor amenities for all residents.
- Tennis, badminton and basketball courts are bookable in 1-hour slots via MyGate. Maximum 2 hours per resident per day.
- Children's play area is intended for children up to 12 years. Adults must supervise their wards.
- Cycling, skating and ball games are not permitted on the central lawn or driveways.
- Plucking of flowers, fruits or damaging plants is prohibited.
Security, Visitors & Domestic Help
Keeping the complex secure for residents.
- All visitors, delivery personnel and cabs must be approved through MyGate before entry.
- Domestic help, drivers and nannies must be registered with the RWA office with police verification on record.
- Move-in / move-out of household goods requires a gate-pass issued by the RWA office and is allowed only between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- CCTV coverage is maintained in common areas for the safety of residents.
- Tailgating through boom barriers or pedestrian gates is not permitted. Each entry must be individually authenticated.
Note: The RWA reserves the right to amend these policies from time to time. Updates will be communicated through MyGate notices and posted on the noticeboard at the clubhouse. In case of any conflict, the latest version notified by the RWA shall prevail.
