Supports the Treasurer in transparent, sound financial management of the community.
Coordinates with the builder and verifies delivery of infrastructure and legal/contractual obligations.
Organises social, festival and cultural events that bring residents together.
Upkeep of major assets — STP, DG sets, lifts and essential plant.
Daily cleanliness, minor repairs, waste management and basement upkeep.
Operations of the clubhouse, restaurant, multipurpose hall and pool area.
Enforces security protocols and discipline to keep residents safe.
Manages MyGate, video door phones, access control, boom barriers and CCTV.
Beautification of the sunken garden, green spaces and service-road green belt.
